Family solutions

A peaceful and more amicable way of deciding your future
My name is Rosa Ore & I am a Mediator

I believe that mediation is a peacefully approach that helps people resolve conflict and disputes and allows them to move forward towards a new reality with healthy boundaries.

After working in the educational sector for over 25 years, I realized that I wanted to use my conflict resolution skills and knowledge to help people resolve conflict in a peaceful and productive way that empowers them to exercise their self determination.

My goal is to offer more opportunities for individuals and families to resolve conflict without the cost and anxiety of litigation while helping them move forward in positive and healthy ways.

I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and a registered neutral for civil and domestic mediations in the state of Georgia.

What is Mediation?

Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process whereby a neutral third person called a mediator acts to facilitate and support the resolution of a dispute between two or more parties. Mediation is an informal and non-adversarial process, with the objective of helping the disputing parties reach a mutually acceptable and voluntary agreement.

The role of the mediator includes, but is not limited to:
• Assisting the parties in identifying issues
• Fostering joint problem solving
• Enhancing communication
• Exploring settlement alternatives

In Mediation, decision-making authority rests with the parties. A mediator is not allowed to decide who is right or wrong or to tell you how to resolve your dispute. In mediation, you can try to find solutions that make sense to you and the other person in the dispute to resolve some or all of your concerns.
